Thank you for choosing Skinledger ApS. We are committed to providing exceptional software services to our users. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1. Monthly Subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial monthly subscription. Refund requests made after 7 days of the initial subscription will not be honored.

1.2 Annual Subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within the first 14 days of your initial annual subscription. Refund requests made after 14 days of the initial subscription will not be honored.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Eligible Refunds:: Refunds will only be issued for the initial subscription of a new user. Renewals and subsequent subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.

2.2 Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, including but not limited to, add-ons, custom development work, and consulting services are non-refundable.

2.3. Violation of Terms: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our terms of service, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Refund Request: The best way to request a refund is to join our Discord server, link your account on the web, and create a ticket. You must provide your account details and the reason for the refund request. You can also contact us at contact@skinledger.com to request a refund.

3.2 Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3.3. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable).

4.1 Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes to the refund policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
